The tension in the BBNaija All-Stars (BBNaija) 2023 house intensified in week four as the show introduced a new twist, resulting in more drama than anticipated for both fans and housemates.
Kiddwaya’s eviction
The eviction of Kiddwaya came as a shock to many as the eviction jury, which consisted of former housemates, Elozonam, Saskay and Vee, all reached a unanimous decision to make him the third housemate to be evicted from the show after it was revealed that he had the lowest number of votes alongside Tolanibaj.
Housemates were also surprised by this decision, as many had expected someone else to get the boot out of the house for that week.
Ike and Soma’s strike
Housemates Ike and Soma received one strike each on the third week of Big Brother Naija All-Stars following their shocking actions toward fellow housemates on the show. Ike was awarded a strike for vandalising the clothes and property of a co-housemate, Ilebaye, in a bid to provoke her to react on the show. Soma was also awarded a strike for his complete disregard for his co-housemate Angel, as he was said to have harassed her and showed no regard for her personal space.
Seyi’s shocking comments
Seyi Awolowo triggered numerous reactions on social media and from the Lagos state government following his disturbing statement on what he would raise his sons to do to women. The comments were described as demeaning and utterly disrespectful to women as a whole.
New Housemates
The highlight of week four of BBNaija All-Stars 2023 was the introduction of four new housemates on the show. This came as a surprise to the housemates who got to see old friends and flames; for fans, it was an opportunity to see their favourite stars on the show once again.
